Partner Agreement

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is an official public offer addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the 'Partner') who wish to cooperate with the administration of the LinkMeGirls.com website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site', 'Platform') by providing video chat communication services with users.

1. General Provisions

• Cooperation is based on the Partner's voluntary accession to the terms of this Offer.
• The Partner confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have full rights to enter into this agreement.
• The Partner undertakes to comply with all the laws of their country and international norms.

2. Nature of Cooperation

• The Partner provides services for participation in video chats, text correspondence and/or other permitted types of online interaction with platform users.
• The Partner independently chooses their schedule on the platform.
• The Site is not the Partner's employer - the parties interact as independent participants (self-employed/freelancer).

3. Compensation

• The Partner receives compensation in the form of virtual currency (hereinafter referred to as 'coins') credited for the time spent communicating and gifts received.
• 1 US dollar is equivalent to 100 coins.
• The amount of accruals depends on the Partner's level, which is determined automatically based on general communication statistics.
• The Platform withholds a commission and/or withdrawal fee, of which the Partner is notified in advance.

4. Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal of funds is possible after passing identity verification and providing documents confirming age.
• Payments are made according to pre-agreed schedules and methods (e.g. cryptocurrency, bank transfer, etc.).
• The Platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend payments if fraud or violation of the rules is suspected.

5. Prohibited Content and Actions

The following are prohibited:

• Nudity, pornographic or erotic actions
• Insults, threats, harassment
• Contact with underage users
• Copyright infringement and distribution of others' materials
• Calls to violence, political or religious agitation
• Use of recordings, simulations or substitutions (deepfake, etc.)

Violation of these rules may result in blocking without payment of earned funds.

6. Liability of the Parties

• The Partner is fully responsible for all their actions and transmitted content.
• The Platform is not responsible for possible risks associated with third-party access to the Partner's data.

7. Termination of Cooperation

• The Partner may terminate cooperation at any time by notifying the administration through the personal account.
• The Platform may suspend or terminate cooperation in case of systematic violations of the agreement terms.

8. Agreement Changes

• The Platform has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current version is always available on the website.
• Continued use of the platform means automatic agreement with the updated terms.
